Welcome to Donnabelle Dresses. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Blackome LLC, doing business as Donnabelle Dresses. We operate this store and website to provide our customers with a curated shopping experience, powered by Shopify.

Prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping charges, which are calculated and added at checkout where required.

We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. Delivery times shown are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Our Services are powered by Shopify, but all sales are made directly between you and Donnabelle Dresses. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sale between you and us.

You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages or liabilities related to your purchases and transactions with us.

Any personal information you provide through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy and to Shopify's Privacy Policy. Shopify collects and processes data in order to provide and improve the Services.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, United States.
